Mary Rau-Foster, RN BS ARM JD
Mary Rau-Foster is the president and founder of Foster Seminars and Communications. She is an attorney, an author, a nationally known speaker with an extensive background in workplace issues. She conducts seminars and workshops about conflict resolution, personnel issues, and motivational topics. She has served as corporate counsel and director of risk management in the healthcare industry. Mary is also a magician who uses humor and magic to entertain and inform.
Mary travels throughout the country presenting her training programs. Our home base is located in beautiful Brentwood, TN (yes, Tennessee really is a beautiful place) just south of Nashville - home of the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, Nashville Kats, Nashville Sounds, Vanderbilt Commodores, and the Grand Ole Opry. If you want training sessions customized for your specific needs, we offer one-day and two-day training workshops at your facility. We will discuss your issues in advance and then deliver a training workshop focused on your specific workplace challenges.

Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training
Unresolved workplace conflict is very costly. Resolving conflicts and grievances can be a challenging and time consuming effort.
